There is no need to book your space – classes run throughout the year every week with the exception of August when the classes pause.

Yoga flow classes are open to all regardless of whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner – they offer a deep reaching series of dynamic and static postures, emphasising the unity between breath and movement. Each class offers a complete Yoga experience, designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body, open the heart and expand the mind.
Through practice we learn to release tension or resistance in the body. This has an effect of calming the mind, expanding our awareness and connecting us to an unending source of inner peace. As a result we begin to feel a deep sense of physical freedom and can relax into the flow of life with greater ease. As our flow deepens we begin to live from an intuitive space, a space that is full of clarity and vitality. A space where anything is possible!

Not been to class before? Please fill in the health questionnaire and disclaimer form which can be found at the bottom of the page – these are online forms so all you need do is hit the submit button and Debbie will receive a copy in her inbox.
There are Yoga mats, blocks, blankets and props available for you to use at the centre – however these are in limited supply so if you do have your own Yoga mat please bring it along with you.
Directions to the centre Turn into Alma Road (A3057). Take the first right for Mountbatten Avenue; continue to the 4th telegraph pole on your right and turn into Baden Powell Way, which is a tiny one track road; the Dr Peter Centre is behind the green railings on your left PLEASE NOTE There is free parking in the car park of Dr Peter Centre. Please only use the parking within the green railings – the spaces outside of this railing are for the Girl Guides meetings in the building opposite. Parking is limited so please arrive in good time to find a space – alternative parking can be found on Mountbatten Avenue or you can use Waitress carpark which is 2 minutes walk from the Centre. |
