Debbie’s Monday Evening Classes
These classes are a mixture of gentle Yoga postures, breath work, deep relaxation and meditation. Each class is themed around a topic of Yogic philosophy so that the practitioner is able to develop a deep understanding of each posture and also why they are doing it.
Debbie’s Wednesday Evening Classes
These classes offer a deep reaching series of dynamic and static postures, emphasising the unity between breath and movement. Each class offers a complete Yoga experience, designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body, open the heart and expand the mind.
A love of dance and movement led me to first discover yoga back in 1995 when I also discovered it’s powerful ability to heal having suffered the loss of my father. Having qualified in dance to Master’s degree level, life led me once more to yoga, where I was able to start to really appreciate and understand it’s truly inclusive nature, being open and accessible to all, regardless of mobility or flexibility. Vinyasa Flow yoga in particular, with it’s sequences of linked or ‘flowing’ postures, reconnects me back to that love of dance and it is both a pleasure and a privilege to share the joy I find in yoga in a class.
